EveryWoman's Leadership:
Liberating Ourselves for Full Flourishing

October 6 - 27, 2026
Tuesdays 9 - 11 AM (PT)
Full course details

We cultivate diversity within ourselves and our communities not to be politically correct, but because it strengthens our ability to adapt, recover, and thrive. Just as nature’s most diverse ecosystems rebound to health more quickly after trauma, human systems are more resilient when they incorporate a range of voices and perspectives. As we release inherited beliefs and systems to cultivate new ones, it's essential to reimagine leadership in ways that integrate — both inwardly and behaviorally — a balanced dance of values, ways of knowing, and cultural awareness that can eclipse binaries and conventional models.

With 25 years of experience facilitating diverse women leading change, and drawing insights from her award-winning book, Nature, Culture & the Sacred: A Woman Listens for Leadership, Nina offers an interactive, engaging course that welcomes people in any phase of life into a kind and bold transformative space. Through conversations and reflective practices, this course will help you strengthen inner awareness, relational intelligence, and a strong sense of purpose — skills essential to meet today’s challenges in ways that are joyful, centered, and regenerative.

Together, we’ll investigate how to balance empathy, open-mindedness and humility with owning our own authority, trusting our inner guidance, and the freedom to assert ourselves as needed. We’ll explore how to engage with conflict, and determine when to flex, compromise, or hold firm.

We’ll examine the roots of patriarchal culture and look closely at what has kept many (women especially) from embracing and leaning into leadership. Together, we’ll identify a new model of leading that eschews binaries of all kinds, merging rational thinking with devotion and intuition in strategic and collaborative ways.

Join us in reimagining leadership that values resilience, diversity, humility, and connection.

This course runs from October 6 - 27, 2026, with live classes held on Tuesdays from 9 - 11 am PT via Zoom. Recordings will be available for registrants who miss a session.
